In order to handle all leads requests you can add several operators with different access types:
Has access to Live and Inbox tabs. Can send and receive chat messages.
Has access to all sections, except Subscription section. You can also restrict rights for lead exporting and mass campaigns (The campaign is considered as mass if it has more than 1 recipient).
Has full access to all sections of the service, including to the Subscription section. Can also change the notification settings, names, and avatars of other leads.
How to add admins and operators
It will take you a few moments to add new team members. Move to Settings - Administrators - Add new admin
Enter lead email. If there is no personal account for this email yet then lead will receive an email with password.
Enter lead name (your customers will see this name in the chat).
You can also set inner name (it will be visible for other team members only).
Upload profile picture.
Add campaign address (this address will be used for manual messages and notifications about new chat messages). Read more about sender name and address here. You can also find more about adding your personal domain here.
6.Set access rights for the new lead. You can also set rights for lead export and mass campaigns.
Tick notifications which operator will receive in browser, mobile app or via email.
If you add an email which has already have an account in admin panel, then this lead will receive an email notification:

Operator can change his profile picture, visible and inner name by clicking on his avatar in the top left conner in admin panel:

In general super admin list click on edit button next to admin name:
