In the Leads tab you can find detailed information on each lead by clicking on his name:
- Name, email, phone number, links to social medias.
All important information about this lead. You can change contact information if necessary by clicking on the pencil icon. There is also a profile picture (taken from social media) and lead's site status: online, offline, asleep (inactive on site for more than 2 minutes).
- Communication with leads.
Send a message to leads chat, email or show pop-up directly from lead card. The message will be shown in the conversations with this lead.
- Lead properties, notes and segments in which he is included.
Here you can find all system and manually added lead properties, segments that this lead belongs to (based on lead properties and events).
You can and any lead property manually.
If a lead bought something from your offline store you can manually add last purchase amount property.
- Lead events.
List of all lead events is displayed in chronological order. You can manually add any event as well. You can group lead events as there can be a lot of them.
- Conversations with lead.
Here you can find information about all conversations with this lead. You can continue any of these conversations.
Important! Lead's data is not displayed in real time. Click "update" in the top right corner of lead card in order to update information.
