One can not simply remove created events and properties in Carrrot.
All created events and properties are tightly intertwined and create your leads' history. An event can be configured as a trigger for different auto messages, take place in funnels or to be used for lead segmentation. There is a chance that you won't even notice when your analytics or auto messages will stop working if you will remove an event which was important for marketing automation.
You can check lead history in his card. Every lead action on your site completes his image, so you learn more information about him and can achieve the most effective communication. If any event or property will be removed, you won't be able to understand why this customer bought/didn't bought any particular item and how he reacted on a message.
You can hide any particular event. The information will be still collected, but you won't see it among others.
In order to do it move to "Tracking" —> "Events". Here you can see a full list of configured events.
Find an event that you want to hide and click on edit. Uncheck "Show".
We would recommend you to think twice while creating events and properties, because each of them become a part of your service history.
