You can check your general settings in Settings tab:
Status. The status of service work on site:
- Active — service works;
- Blocked — the service is disconnected for non-payment.
The date of creation. The date you added your site to our service.
Application name. The name that will appear in the list of sites. App name is also added to the sender name and address.
Address. The site address that has our code installed.
Language. The language of the chat elements. You can change some elements manually via JS.
The following options should be changed manually as well:
- Offline message text
- Autoreplies text
- Text in minimized mode and greetings
Time zone. You time zone is necessary to send chat autoreplies in the right time.
Emails forwarding. Receive emails from your corporate mailbox in Carrrot. In order to do it you need to set forwarding to generated address. Read more about it in this article.
